My thoughts on the new Harbor Freight Welder

There has been a noticeable change in the quality of certain Harbor Freight products.  With the launch of the Vulcan welding line my interest was piqued.

Could this significantly discounted multi process 220v welder from a company not known for their quality control, support, or innovation really become a cornerstone to my home fabricators workshop?

Would it be a colossal waste of my hard earned money, or would it go toe to toe with the brand names out there....
