UNIVERSAL END MOUNT SYSTEM
The Pro6 LED light bar comes ready to fit most standard LED bar widths and is designed with high-strength aluminum end mounts. This universal mounting design easily attaches to KC mounts on your Jeep, Truck, or SUV.
RACE-PROVEN STRENGTH & DURABILITY

Installation will be easiest with two people. First tape off roof with masking tape so as to not damage paint. Assemble rack using provided hardware and with help lower rack into place on roof where it will naturally seat into the gutter, and roof. Carefully mark center of mounting holes (recommended 9 mm transfer punch be used. Drill two 9 mm holes on either side of roof. Remove rack and install M6 rivnuts. Using rivnut tool carefully seat and crimp rivnut. Care needs to be taken to remain on axis when tightening installation tool. Integrity of fasteners relies on clean install and capture of base material between rivnut head and crimp section. Once rivnut installation is complete, test fit rack to roof using supplied hardware. Provided in kit are 70A durometer anti abrasion washers. If desired washers can be placed between rack and rivnut to provide some protection to paint.
